Ruuby is the UK's leading on-demand beauty and wellness services platform for consumers, businesses and corporates.

Increased the market capitalisation Savannah by a factor of >35x and secured and developed the Barroso Lithium Project in Northern Portugal as Europe's largest deposit of spodumene lithium. Positioned the Project as a key, strategic foundation for the responsible development of Europe's upstream lithium value chain while helping to underpin Europe's energy transition with the establishment of new industries as part of the structural transformation of the Portuguese economy. Forged an ambitious, life-of-mine Net Zero target for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for the Project. Operated and managed the Mutamba Mineral Sands Project in Mozambique in a joint venture with the global major, Rio Tinto. Established a Mineral Resource of 4.4B tonnes representing one of the world's largest undeveloped mineral sands deposits.

As a non-executive director brought hands on mining experience to Anglo Pacific's evaluation of royalty investment opportunities and provided inputs to its extensive, multi-commodity royalty portfolio in North and South America, Europe and Australia. During this period Anglo Pacific undertook a major programme of royalty acquisitions (coal, copper, nickel, iron ore, uranium) and debt and equity capital markets financings.As Senior Independent Director helped support Anglo Pacific's engagement with major institutional as well as private client shareholders. Served as chairman of Anglo Pacific's remuneration committee.

Catalysed the reconstruction and recapitalisation of the company and secured a range of assets including the Kanmantoo Copper Mine development resulting in the company developing into a dividend paying resources group with a market capitalisation of $170m and interests in copper, bauxite and gas.

Represented the largest shareholder, Hillgrove Resources Limited, on the board and helped contribute to the growth of the company into one of Australia's most significant coal seam gas developers with one of the largest gas reserves in Eastern Australia. Served as chairman of the audit committee and sat on the remuneration and nominations committees.

Hostworks grew to a strong position in critical application management and hosting in Australia out of a wholly owned and managed data centre in Adelaide with customers such as ninemsn, Ticketek, Seek, Carsales, Amercian Express, Sony, ABC and SBS. Hostworks hosted 15% of Australia’s internet page views and served over two billion internet ads per month. Hostworks was listed on the ASX from 2001 until its sale.

Founded and developed PowerTel Limited which deployed Australia's then third largest inter-capital and inner city fibre network for business customers. PowerTel provided bundled fix line, data and mobile services to business customers and operated as a Vodafone service provider.
