Over 35 years experience in Aeronautical Engineering working for BAE Systems for the last 12 years as a Senior Support Engineer and previously for 23½ years as an Engineering Technician in the Royal Air Force achieving the rank of Chief Technician. Over the last 6 years I have occupied the post of Tornado Technical Services Structures Team Leader within CAMSS with responsibility for the management and progression of structural technical queries, study tasks and the delivery of Structural Technical Support Services. Immediately prior to this role I was co-located with the Tornado ATTAC customer; embedded within the Tornado Engineering Authority with responsibility for managing projects and programmes and for drafting policy on their behalf. Qualified to HNC level in Aerospace Studies - Mechanical, supplemented by a City and Guilds Licentiateship in Aeronautical Engineering and PRINCE 2 Project Management Practitioner.
