As Assistant Director, specific duties and responsibilities include:- Assisting in the execution of successful Annual Giving campaign. In FY14, achieved records for Geneseo in dollars raised at $5,000,000 and alumni donors at more than 7500. - Manage 20 class years, which includes identifying, recruiting, training, motivating and managing alumni to execute successful peer-to-peer asks - Managed classes that experienced a growth in participation rates from 9.32% to 14.42% - Develop, create and implement an integrated telemarketing program that helps attain Annual Giving goals. Manage a student staff of 38 employees. - Raised more than $305,000 dollars in pledges for FY14. - Achieving a pledge rate of more than 30% and average gift more than $75- Develop and execute Geneseo's student giving program, Make Your Mark, with a strong focus on undergraduate giving to the College. - Set a record in student giving raising $7,881- Work with Intercollegiate Athletics Department on "A Knight's Challenge", as well as identifying fundraising opportunities for the Roundtable Athletic Association - Develop, manage and execute Senior Executive Alumni Leadership (SEAL) team. Emphasis on senior giving and educating senior on how to be knowledgeable, engaged and effective volunteers.- Small Major Gift Portfolio of 10-15 clients

Conduct all aspects of coaching such as recruiting, preparing practice plans, game-day management, and studying/editing video. Main responsibility is power play coach. Run the defensive end of the bench during game competition. Interact daily with players and recruits. Managed the inquiry and prospective student communication process in the International Student & Scholar Services office. This job focused on the areas of Admissions and Marketing. Developed a deep knowledge of the university, which allowed me to create a detailed image and message through marketing. Dealt with prospective and current students on a day-to-day basis via email, telephone, and in person. Other areas of focus included recruitment of prospective students and relationship building. Took over as manager / head instructor for the Sunshine Coast Summer Hockey School in 2009. Identified an un-served market and founded the David Arduin Conditioning Camp, designed for players aged 15 to 20 years old focusing on developing skills in preparation for junior hockey tryouts. Give clients a unique opportunity to experience Junior Hockey, and NCAA quality drills. . The hockey school focuses on players between 5-14 years old. The hockey school incorporates building the foundation of basic skills such as skating, passing, stick handling, and shooting, as well as a hockey specific off-ice training program. Both levels of the hockey school have helped me establish relationships with sponsors, develop pricing and negotiate contracts, and handle promotional activities including flyers, social media marketing, as well as managing my own staff.- The David Arduin Conditioning Camp in conjunction with the Sunshine Coast Hockey School has experienced growth from an initial 28 clients in 2009, to well over 100 clients in 2014.- Oversee 8 staff members and schedule all activities and events during the camp.- Establish practice plans for each of the 6 ice-times a day.
