The day to day operational management of 8 sites, circa 50 employees, including managing people resources, training and recruitment, staff appraisals, delivering divisional results to business plan targets, performance management, intergrating acquisitions into the buisness (10 since 2006), holding Team Leader meetings, monitoring staff FSA compliance, reporting figures to Director, producing branch performance League Tables, actioning Insurers audits, referal point for pricing issues and monitoring company control lists.
