Working with a unique family owned boutique historic hotel in beautiful southern Norway, it has been a fantastic journey. Navigating generation change and developing the product and property to increase value and adapt to a changing market. Took the hotel into membership of "De Historiske" in 2018/19 - a premium group of independent Norwegian properties with high membership requirements.Modernising and integration of all systems, booking, accounting, shift planning and solving other unique challenges of operating a "distributed" property comprising several locations.The last years working through the sale of the hotel to new family owners and then supporting them through takeover and an exciting development of a new luxury property (Tollboden Risør) and two new F&B offers in 2023.

Development of new products and destinations, establishment of office in Risør and opening/operation of Risør Holiday Village (part owner). Working with destinations in North and South Norway, activity companies. Later establishing own activity/experience offer in southern norway in connection to Risør Holiday Village.
