My work experience spans over several years as a Chartered Surveyor. This has included the creation of 20 year asset management plans for English Heritage to managing over 400 assets and a team of nine dedicated people on behalf of the Royal British Legion for over 12 years. I am a registered RICS valuer and manage our annual book valuations, buildings insurance, Capex Programme Management, ESOS and Energy Management compliance, treasury function, statutory compliance, vacant property management, property database owner and developer. I use these skills alongside strong interpersonal connections to provide comprehensive strategy advise to the Executive Board and all key stakeholders on all property related matters.
