• Responsible for critical engineering systems relating to the ANZ's two major Data Centre's in Melbourne, over 5000 m2 of raised floor space.• Delivery of engineering maintenance, Incident Response and Implementation of Projects associated with Critical Services installations and systems at the Data Centres.• Managing capacity requirements through automated and manual monitoring / data gathering with reporting and upgrading infrastructure to meet ANZ’s requirements for power, cooling and other critical utilities.• Reduce incidents through the ongoing delivery of reliable engineering services.• Accountable for managing the outsourced engineering provider in the provision of 24/7 operations and maintenance. Compile contracts, KPI’s, and manage outcomes.• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering consultants where large Engineering related projects are undertaken from design, through tender, construction, commissioning and placing into service.• Capturing and recording both design and operational intentions of installed systems to ensure appropriate and accurate configuration documentation is obtained and maintained.• Ensure Change management practices are managed when maintaining plant / undertaking projects to ensure a company integrated approach and implementation is followed in relation to risk.• Best practice maintenance of critical assets PM, CM and FM including regular review of the market, Standards ( TIA, LEED, AS, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute )• Reduce energy usage and provide input to ANZ sustainability group

Technology / Property representative on 2 new Melbourne Tier 3 stand alone, Data Centres and Overall site HV infrastructure. Main stakeholder on tactical upgrades to legacy Data Centre including cold isle containment and High density space provision. Providing detailed Engineering input to concept design / detailed design, FAT / SAT and IST.

Technology / Property representative on new 1000m2 Tier 3 Data Centre in Auckland for National Bank ( ANZ ). Providing detailed Engineering input to concept design / detailed design, FAT / SAT and IST on new site. From Green field site to full operation in under 10 months.
