Started contractual services entity SRPS in September, 2012 with 22 employees and 18 contracts along with two partners, and by August 2023 was up to 60 employees and over $3.2 million in sales. Provides consulting business development management for a home care agency starting March, 2013 as well as leading their hospice foundation. Founded Superior Active Partners in May of 2013 with other investors and opened an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Ishpeming, MI in August 2013 with three providers, and as of 2024 have 12 providers including several specialties along with owning our own 3,500 square foot clinic building, second 2,500 square foot building purchased and opened in March of 2024. In 2017 founded UP Children's Therapy, a 501c3 non-profit that provides therapy services and other rehabilitation related programming for children. For Bell Hospital, oversaw as many as 45 rehabilitation professionals providing inpatient / outpatient and contractual services, along with the wellness department over nearly 14 years of employment. In April of 2011 became the COO for Bell Medical, a $20 million hospital owned physician network with 115 employees during which Press Ganey scores rose from the 45th percentile to 98th for Q1 2012 amidst many personnel and process changes. Executive Director of the Bell Foundation from 2007-2011, briefly again in 2012.Responsible for about $30 million book of business altogether in early 2012. Restructured out of position in July, 2012.
