I managed simple to moderately complex litigation ranging from commercial business disputes, creditor's rights & collections, matrimonial & divorce litigation, criminal misdemeanors and vehicular crimes. My work includes all aspects of pretrial, trial, post trial litigation including appeals and judgment enforcement proceedings.

Enrolled in the criminal defense clinic at St. John's University School of Law. I carried a caseload of clients pursuant to a Student Practice Order that allowed me to represent individuals in Criminal Court under the supervision of a designated mentor-attorney. I handled all aspects of my clients’ cases from arraignment to disposition of the case. This included the initial client interview, representing the client at the arraignment in Criminal Court, bail applications and hearings, case investigations, discovery, writing, filing and arguing motions on behalf of the client, conducting pre-trial hearings, plea negotiations and representing the client at all court appearances, including any trial on the charges.
