• To ensure that the site receives full, accurate & on time material deliveries.• Receive and order goods to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner,liaising with inter-company and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issues.• Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently.• Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery ofgoods.• Support and suggest the effective management of the inward & outward flow ofinventory.• Encompass aspects of receiving goods, stock handling, stock locating, picking ofworks orders.• Ensure that the execution of the dispatch sequence is maintained within the requireddates.• Ensure all aspects of the Dangerous Goods Act are fulfilled with necessarycertificates.• Actively involved in the on-time kitting of works orders and replenishment of line sidestock.• Actively involved in maintaining batch and stock location accuracy on companysoftware and ensuring tight stock control and stock rotation using FIFO principles.• Ensure that good housekeeping and health and safety regulations are adhered to within the work area

• Overall responsibility to the Site Controller for the safe control of work activities; this includes issue of work control certificates.• Liaising closely with the Performing Authorities when planning work to ensure that all the appropriate hazards and controls have been identified for the task.• Ensure that all work requiring a permit has a joint work site visit in support of building the risk assessment. This usually takes place at least 48 hours prior to issue.• Ensure the appropriate level of risk assessment has been carried out for the task and that this has used the hierarchy of control measures. • Ensure that all the prerequisite control measures have been put in place prior to allowing a Work Control certificate to go live.• Conducting an interview with the Performing Authority prior to work starting, to ensure that they fully understand the scope of the task and the control set out in the risk assessment.• Ensure that the Performing Authority carries out a pre-job toolbox talk at the work site with the other members of the work party before any work commences.• Ensuring that actions are raised in response to isolation and work control certificates audit findings.• Assessing and recording all instances of Time out for Safety and reporting of unsafe work and where appropriate reporting these to the site controller.• Supporting toolbox talks and coaching of work parties to improve safety during work execution.• Ensure that the level of work site monitoring required is defined as part of the risk assessment process.• Undertaking of work site monitoring checks as defined as part of the risk assessment process.• Completion of permit and isolation audits within ISSOW.• Supporting site HSE leadership

• To ensure that all the customer requests are processed on the same day (well before cut-off time).• Booking of Special rates through FX.• Doing Pre-Processing checks of customer applications received from country via scan.• Checking the authorized signatures in the instruction whether they follow the signature mandate issued by the customer to avoid fraudulent transactions.• Liaising with the country via telephone/email for the illegible payment instruction• Checking the transmission error in Fax and for instructions signed by unauthorized persons which are not in compliance.• Verifying the signature mandate issued by the customer.• Clarifying with the customer to do the necessary turn in making the transfers.

• Worked with the application named Citrix – COMET IE8.• Claiming funds of United health group (A unit of United States Health Insurance), suchas fully hospitalized claims, retirement claims, accidental claims, pended claims, otherinsurance claims etc.• New York Surcharge claims is a separate claim carried out only for that state.• Investigating the wrong claims and intimating the client about the same.• Recalling of funds remitted to the wrong client, re-effecting the payment andsend an ELGS Letter intimating the client.• Placing Hold on clients account in case of wrong funding and cancel the same ifrequired.• Paying claims accordingly when the patient has insured himself with other companies.Updating the ORS bank in-order to notify that the claim has been resolved.
