With over 22yrs exemplary service in the Royal Air Force, I have developed an enormous range of skills including - strategic planning and management, problem solving, strong leadership and effective communication. As a highly competent and proficient manager, I have been successful in leading and motivating others, whilst building relationships and fostering respect and trust. Working to set procedures or of my own abilities, I have led multiple projects through the organising, planning and completion stages, both within the UK and overseas. An adaptable and loyal employee, with a strong awareness of health and safety in the workplace. A fast learner who is willing to upskill to meet necessary requirements.
