I am a self-taught front end developer. I started learning to code because I like technology and find it interesting to figure out how computers work. As a career, I chose web development, and since I started, I have been learning and enhancing my skills in JavaScript, followed by React. From April to August 2022, I was an intern front-end developer at "CodeTime," where I gained many of my skills, including how to work with a team which is an entirely different experience compared to working/coding alone. At this moment, as a front-end developer, I know JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS/Sass. After completing Harvard's Computer Science Course, I also gained the following back-end skills: Python/ Flask, SQL, and Postgres. As a front-end developer with some knowledge of back-end and databases, I created multiple full-stack apps, which significantly improved my coding skills. I find computer science very interesting, and it is essential for me to constantly learn new technologies to write faster, cleaner, and more efficient code.
