Manage successful completion of facility projects adhering to time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. Establish and monitor administrative procedures for each project. Develop schedule; manage sequencing and all appropriate partnering with subcontractors and vendors to ensure completion by schedule. Develop updates and enforce a project site logistics plan through to complete facility deliverables and project objectivesDevelop, review, approve and implement project budgets, schedules and contract bid documents. Partner with general contractor to develop budget estimation, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost and construction functions as they relate to the completion of the project. Responsible for all projects plans, specifications, contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals and all other project related documents and maintain a complete and accurate set of drawings. Review proposals with design team, Construction Manager, subcontractors. Lead regularly scheduled project staff meetings. Develop and maintain business relationships with Construction Manager, Architect/Engineers and subcontractors for marketing.
