Comprehensive knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications, focussing on safety, reliability, quality, sustainability. I have successfully completed projects from the concept and design stages through to implementation, testing and handover, within agreed timescales whilst ensuring tight cost control. Experience includes developing and working on high specification integrated surveillance equipment used in the railway industry including some programming of software using C. I am also proficient in – MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, C Programming, I2C, OrCAD, MATLAB, CADSTAR, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and the Linux operating system, whilst currently developing my knowledge of object orientated programming languages C++ / Python.I am driven, self-motivated, and a good problem solver who takes ownership of issues and problems. I am able to effectively organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines and targets are met. I addition I believe I have excellent customer service and people skills, and I am a team player who works well independently.I hold a full UK clean driving license.
