Main achievements•I improved substantially key process indicators. Productivity between 15% and 35% in critical areas and quality in 30%.•I worked in an improvement supply chain project, implementing indicators, reviewing processes and synchronizing local sales, exports, production scheduling, local purchases, imports, manufacturing and logistics with each of the teams and interdisciplinary way. Compliance 95% of demand.•I gathered more than 4,000 opportunities of improvements and solutions to quality problems, inventory, standardization, productivity, safety conditions, generating saving for more than 4,500,000 AR$.•I introduced the Lean culture change successfully, managing the program in factory and administration areas. Communication Cells, 5S, and Work Place Audit like LPA implemented in 32 teams/ Areas.•I introduced kanban system in production areas, in supply replacements and raw materials, getting an inventory reduction between 15% and 18%.•I implemented TPM/Autonomous Maintenance in 2 pilot lines in all their stages, increasing OEE from 55% to 75%.•I implemented SMED projects in three production lines, reducing change over between 25% and 35%.•I introduced jointly to Quality Area the PDM tool (Policy Deployment Matrix) across all the company and in each level , managing and aligning the projects to the global group aims, achieving 80% of accomplishment of the total projects in the company.•I make trainings about lean techniques and tools to different levels in the company. I gave “Bootcamp” methodology training to Heads, managements and direction, local and abroad level.

Main achievements•I developed and performed preventive and predictive maintenance plans implementing different managements tools, and oversee corrective maintenance in 120 equipments area with 30 people in charge; I planned shutdowns, hire and supervise end of works. Result of management 35% reduction of downtime by breakdowns. •I developed and implemented a maintenance data base and implemented PM SAP module.•I worked in six sigma Project as green belt, reducing the process variability.
