Walked more than 10,000km across 5 different countries for various different causes: 1) Walking Malaysia - 1,100km on foot from South to North across Peninsular Malaysia2) Walking Borneo - 2,250km on foot across Borneo to raise awareness about positive stories and projects on the island. 3) Walk of Joy India - 5,000km on foot from South to North across India to raise awareness about organic and sustainable agriculture4) Walk of Joy Norfolk - An annual walk around Norfolk in aid of local charity Musical Keys raising a total of £6,603.- All expeditions independently planned and managed.- Created a system for planning a walk across a country- Given more than 50 motivational speeches and presentations at schools, colleges, universities and businesses- Written articles for Star Newspaper, Sidetracked Magazine- Author of Bejalai: My feet are my only carriage

- Created Walk Norfolk festival, the county's first ever-access-friendly walking festival in 2022. The festival consisted of 26 guided and 31 self-guided walks spread out across the county. - Managed to fill up 90% of all the events with just 3 weeks of marketing
