Projects focused on mobile however include the management of web and core system development that support the initiatives.Highlights- Managed up to 10 initiatives in parallel on Telstra's flagship mobile app Telstra 24x7 with a user base of ~3 million active users- Managed a 1 year multi-million dollar program of work for Telstra Air mobile app, which was the primary enabler for Australia's largest Wifi network- Delivered Prime Ministers Olympic Dinner app, which was zero funded charitable events app using crowd sourced delivery model with audience and recognition from the CEO and acknowledged with a Telstra CIO Invididual award and Telstra Excellerate award (5/5 performance rating)- Migrated the Mobile CMS from Massive to Adobe AEM sitting on AWS cloud environment
