During my summer internship at Romain Berg, I developed the concept for Ink Lab, a sister company. I created an innovative Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) utilizing multiple software integrations and API reference from GPT-4. The AI assistant acted as a mirror image of the client, making interactions feel as if users were still talking directly to the client. Part of the onboarding experience for Ink Lab's clients involved a questionnaire to "train the AI," with each client having its own unique experience. Additionally, I redesigned the Ink Lab website, updated the sale offer, and revamped pricing. The success of this concept led to its expansion across multiple clients, revitalizing Ink Lab. As I transitioned from intern to an employee, I took on the comprehensive management of Ink Lab, overseeing a majority of roles involving: setting up their accounts, monitoring financial activity, and maintaining client relations.

Working closely with project managers, I contributed to meeting development timelines and scaling existing operations. Engaging with clients, I assessed project scopes, created projections, and highlighted the need for external components to ensure optimal completion. Additionally, I provided valuable insights and information on building and maintaining a crypto-mining rig, ultimately constructing the rig efficiently and overseeing its online operations.
