As the Customer Service Representative at Span Tech, I share the responsibilities of helping customers with technical issues, questions, and service beyond of the realm of account management. At some point in time we all need a little assistance and advise to help us better understand the equipment and tools that we use day in and day out. On these conveyors and equipment, "I'm that guy!" In this role we can provide quotes for equipment evaluations, repairs, rebuilds and trouble shooting to existing equipment. We also provide installation services, such as supervision and direct install depending on the customer's needs. During any of these visits the customer is encouraged to provide personnel for further hands on training. Our goal is to provide our customers with the very best service, so that there is no other choice to meet their conveying needs than Span Tech.

Lead Technican Sub-assembly of nematic and electric actuated conveyor components, inventory, shipping and receiving, job entry, assembly Techinican, and on the road customer and troubleshooting support.
