My experience within the Travel Industry covers some thirty-two years and has seen me grow and develop in knowledge and abilities during that time.My roles have been diverse ranging from supervisory level through to Brand Leader/General Manager level within divisions of Flight Centre Travel Group. Within these roles I have extensive management experience covering the running of a multi site Area of 23 businesses and support Team.Duties have included recruitment and development of staff, Leadership development and recruitment, training, marketing, product development, events management, recruitment, development and managing of a Sales team; formation and leading of a Support Swot Team.My current role is leading a team of experienced Travel Managers providing tailored solutions to the SME market and fulfilling the travel requirements of my direct portfolio. This also involves the Account Management of the store portfolio and building of extensive Client relationships.
