We ran a BETA Test on two groups to determine what worked better than the other. Group "A" obtained 100% employement within 30 days. Group "B" had only 40% gained employment. Governor Brownback shared this "test" and the outcomes at the annual meeting of governors. The approach (tests) and programs remain property of W.T.I.2014 Now have 11 unique "powered industrial trucks" for students to learn on (sit-down forklifts, standup reach, powered pallet jacks, walkie-rider pallet jacks, and order picker / cherry picker) 2015 WTI approved to provide OSHA "Powered Industrial Truck" recertification (aka Forklift License). It is available mostly online so anyone at any location can renew their certification.2016 We are now the originating OSHA Powered Industrial Truck certification (aka Forklift License)2017 Our "CST" manager, Ron Bruno, introduced a new concept called "TRACE" ("TRaining ACcess for Everyone"). Making our training PROGRAMS and EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE available throughout Missouri. Results are 100% of graduates employed within 2 weeks!2018 TRACE has expanded to multiple states. I was part of the acquisition and Turn-A-Round team for this aerospace manufacturing company. My groups reduced purchasing costs by over 7% annually, reduced logistics / shipping / distribution costs by over 30% annually, reduced on hand inventory by over 30% while eliminating stockouts, saved over $4million annually in Inventory Carrying Costs. Established a new division supplying customers with specialty services and components never offered by PAS before. Doubled prior year's total corporate profits through this new division in less than 4 months!

Our efforts saved Boeing over $2Billion in annual profits in the materials management costs (also known as Inventory Carrying Costs). This was shown on the annual reports and presented by BCAG President, Ron Woodard at several meetings.Was a part of implementing and tuning of Boeing's ERP System. Provided education and training to over 50,000 Boeing Employees and Suppliers in effort to move closer to a "pull" inventory system. This was very successful.

Implemented ERP System, Lilly. Implemented ForecastPro software system.Re-Engineered total production facility, purchasing, warehousing, customer service / sales, and shipping. Trained and developed all of the employees and Management.Results were: A) Reduced manufacturing Cycle time from 33 day average to only 3 days. B) Reduced Inventory investment by over 98%. Materials were received, processed, shipped, and payments collected from customers within the negotiated terms with most of vendors. C) Profits were increased by more than 1000% in less than 6 monthsD) Achieved market dominance in three product lines.E) Reduced waste and scrap by 99%F) Increased On-Time delivery from 44% to 100%

Developed and provided specialized micro-electroincs for commercial, space, aviation, and medical applications. The MRP system was not functional and ulrimate plan was to replace it with a modern ERP system. We had to first fix the MRP operational portion and balance it with actual manufacturung operations before a conversion to the new ERP could take place. We developed the forecast system that went from 22% accuracy of what was in place prior to our arrival to 90+% accuracy in less than 6 months. Stock-outs were eliminated, inventory investment was slashed by 40+%, on-time delivery went from 34% to 98%.We were able to purchase all the required items on time, in the correct quantities, and meet customer demand. This was accomplished without increasing inventory investment. We implemented all the operational portions of the ERP system, trained everyone involved with it for one tenth of the price of competition and in only 9 months.

Assisted in the re-write of the APICS' body of knowledge for the 2001 version (and current) of the APICS CPIM (Certification in Production and Inventory Control) courseware. Several of the examples are from our actual consulting work.

We re-implemented and trained all users in the Oracle 11-i ERP system (over 200 people) in less than 8 months.We increased On-Time Delivery from 30% to 0ver 95% in less than 6 months.We reduced inventory investment by over 40% while still not having stockouts or expedites. This saved several million dollars in inventory carrying costs while freeing up an extreme amount of cash from the inventory investment. (exact amounts are company secret).
