Governor Brownback shared this "test" and the outcomes at the annual meeting of governors. The approach (tests) and programs remain property of W.T.I.2014 Now have 11 unique "powered industrial trucks" for students to learn on (sit-down forklifts, standup reach, powered pallet jacks, walkie-rider pallet jacks, and order picker / cherry picker) 2015 WTI approved to provide OSHA "Powered Industrial Truck" recertification (aka Forklift License). It is available mostly online so anyone at any location can renew their certification.2016 We are now the originating OSHA Powered Industrial Truck certification (aka Forklift License)2017 Our "CST" manager, Ron Bruno, introduced a new concept called "TRACE" ("TRaining ACcess for Everyone"). Making our training PROGRAMS and EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE available throughout Missouri. Results are 100% of graduates employed within 2 weeks!2018 TRACE has expanded to multiple states. We had to first fix the MRP operational portion and balance it with actual manufacturung operations before a conversion to the new ERP could take place. We developed the forecast system that went from 22% accuracy of what was in place prior to our arrival to 90+% accuracy in less than 6 months. Stock-outs were eliminated, inventory investment was slashed by 40+%, on-time delivery went from 34% to 98%.We were able to purchase all the required items on time, in the correct quantities, and meet customer demand. This was accomplished without increasing inventory investment. We implemented all the operational portions of the ERP system, trained everyone involved with it for one tenth of the price of competition and in only 9 months.
