- Position: PCT in the Ortho/Neuro unit- Worked under several nurses, charge nurses, and other PCTs- Ability to work and communicate well with multiple nurses and PCTs regarding patient information- Successfully had to chart patient information multiple times- Been transferred and had to work on different floors with different types of patients- Ability to use EPIC system to chart patient care

- Position: CNA- Worked under a DON and reported to DON changes in any resident’s health/vitals- Have had to work/communicate well others- Able to be patient with residents, especially in difficult situations- Took resident vitals and passed out scheduled medications- Ambulated residents- Toileted residents- Assisted residents with dressing and undressing- Communicated with POA of residents when necessary

- Position: Caregiver/CNA- Worked under a DON and reported to DON changes in any resident’s health/vitals- Had to work/communicate well others- Able to be patient with residents, especially in difficult situations- Took resident vitals and passed out scheduled medications- Ambulated residents- Toileted residents- Assisted residents with dressing and undressing- Took residents to their appointments- Communicated with POA of residents when necessary
