CurrentDavid Avidan has overseen the concept, design, development and delivery of countless key projects in Sydney and Melbourne. David’s first experience came during work experience on the construction of the once Legion Cabs site in Surry Hills overseeing its transformation from contaminated inner-city site to an over $70,000,000.00 luxury mixed-use development know today as ‘Foveaux’. David expanded on his experience in real-estate by way of spending over two years at CBRE focusing on project marketing for residential projects. This saw David work on some of the biggest project at the time from world class developers such as Greenland, Aqualand, Poly, AMP capital and many more. Post this work experience and David’s tertiary education ( B.Commerce Macquarie University) and (Diploma Design Florence, Italy) David was able to adapt these skills to his work in Sydney at Dare Property Group. David has over seen the delivery of Dares Zero Gipps commercial building in Collingwood as well as the acquisition of land in which he is planning on behalf of Dare's first build to hold hotel & hospitality asset. In Sydney David has seen the growth of Dare’s product offering. David has seen the successful acquisition of the Kalypso building $55M (11 units all of which have been sold the penthouse achieving 98K per square meter) David is now overseeing delivery of this asset. David has overseen the acquisition of Piper, Point Piper a JV between Dare and Fortis, as well as Fontaine Vaucluse. David is now overseeing delivery of these assets.
