with over 23 years with BT and Openreach working form customer service engineer to coach then managing new recruits and team members alike then moving into the diagnostic centre of Excellence ,with analysis and analytical data to work on from Broadband to super fast Fibre and anti corruption Data ,delivering projects to agreed timescales within a high pressured environment ,working with other service providers within Ofcom regulations including sky, EE, Vodaphone, zen, cisco and many others to support and maintain Operational service/infrastructure inside and outside the business .Some system used are ,CSS,HUAWEI,ECI ADTRAN NOKIA,NATO to name just few.
