SHIFT MANAGER - BULK & GENERAL STEVEDORINGACHIEVING ZERO HARM EVERY DAY*Management of operational shift labour: To facilitate completion of complex cargo movement operations (import and export of automotive, project and bulk commodities).*Vessel operational planning: Engineering operational plans to facilitate safe and efficient cargo operations, inline with a Zero Harm philosophy and aimed to exceed customer and stakeholder KPI's. *Key Account Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining a great working relationship with our bulk commodity customers (fertilizer, grain and chemical importation). Ensuring clear communication and provision of data, plus affecting a continuous improvement strategy aimed to exceed customer requirements.*Safety / Procedural documentation review and creation: Active involvement in the evolution of stevedoring procedures and safety policies, to ensure Qube remains at the forefront of a dynamic industry in the provision of safe and efficient stevedoring services. This also includes participation in safety and industrial relations committees.*Labour allocation: Coordinating the allocation of labour to ensure all customers are serviced to their expectations, while maintaining set company revenue goals and in-line with the Enterprise Agreement.
