Leading the development of electro-mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms based on nitinol (Shape Memory Alloy), PZT, Carbon Fiber and other materials, including miniature mechanism and products for the aerospace industry.The development stages included: writing Gantt in MSP, brainstorming, different designs, prototyping, detailed design, design Calculations and analysis, writing production documentations, FMEA: Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and risk management.Presenting design reviews (DR) including: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, QRB etc.Preparation of product documentation including: Drawings, Bill of Material (BOM), assembly and inspection procedures and Qualification tests.Putting up a system experiment including: Environmental tests, writing the experiment documents, setting up the experiment and sampling system that includes: Pressure gages, LVDT, thermocouples, laser gages, a sampling card and oscilloscopes.Working with X1000 microscope, Lloyd test machines, thermal camera, MICRO-FOCUS X-RAY, profilometer etc.Knowledge in various production methods such as turning, milling, erosion, wire cutting, laser cutting, ceramic processing, 3D printing, Laser welds, Induction brazing, Soldering etc.Working with a variety of materials: copper and aluminum alloys, stainless steel, alloy steels, titanium, nitinol, silver, Ceramics such as alumina, zirconia, various types of plastics, epoxy adhesives, RTV and various coatings.
