I had dual roles of Senior Project Manager and Planning Manager.As PM I was responsible for the construction of the smaller projects including several industrial buildings as well as a low rise office block and a 200 bed hotel.As Planning Manager I was responsible for overseeing the whole of the planning function of the Company's projects in the UAE. This included several larger projects of over 500m dirhams ($150m).

Project Controls Manager responsible for establishing the Master Schedule and Cost Plan in line with the Master Plan. Establishing control procedures and systems.

Responsible for all master planning on a site comprising 69 towers and a full infrastructure development.

Site based planning manager on West Bay development comprising 18 floor Four Seasons Hotel, 27 floor office building (Qtel Tower) and two 21 storey residential towers.

Responsible for planning and bulk materials quantification and logistics management on a project comprising five high rise towers, from 19 to 50 floors.

Responsible for all planning for several hotel projects in Rangoon. Also established and managed the off-site facilities required to support the Rangoon site operations - rebar yard, batching plant, workshop and bulk materials store. Later Site Manager on the Sedona Hotel in Mandalay.

Responsible for the execution of constructions works on a hotel, a school, a car showroom and workshop, a supermarket extension, several industrial units and military facilities.
