•Understand user expectations and develop epics and user stories in Agile & Gherkin structures.•Analyze and refine business requirements with Stakeholders and Product Owner to design roadmap for the future process with metrics to estimate the total savings. Identify and eliminate risks or gaps in the business requirements. •Collaborating with Technology for devising innovative and strategic solutions to meet business expectations and improve operational process by conducting regular refinement sessions. •Walk through the Technology solution with Strategy leads, Product Owner, and Stakeholders for approval and to assess any impediments to meet the business requirements.•Actively participating in daily standup/scrum meetings to track the progress of development, testing and bugs raised.•Write up test scripts for UAT/Regression testing. Conduct test scripts review with Technology to understand any gaps/misleads in the testing scenarios. Act as SME, explain the technology solutions and test scripts to the testers, assist them during testing and reviewing the test results before target end date for the Test lead to prepare the test certification. •Complete operational readiness procedures with GPOs, circulating release notes to the operations, provide overview on the business requirements and the solution to be implemented to the PROD support team for any future queries/changes may arise post implementation.•Conducting business validation to implement the changes with necessary playbook, validation scripts and setups. Conduct post production validation after implementation to evaluate the fix deployed is working flawlessly. Provide post implementation support for the end users for 2 weeks since the implementation.•Adapt quickly to changes and simultaneously manage multiple projects associated with multiple process to increase the overall stories implemented and FTE savings.

• Processing income (interest & principal) payments to the bond holders for Fixed rate including FRB & SLG bonds, Variable/Floating rate, CMO/ABS securities.• Reconciling receivable & payable breaks of payments from Depository, Paying Agents & Treasury Vs payments processed to the account holders.• Handling income payments of Sanction (Russian, Turkey & Venezuela) imposed securities by OFAC.• Handling Client inquiries from CSR for various operational issues and concerns.• Devising and implementing action plans with TLs and AMs for KPI and KRI breaks.• Exception Management: Prompt escalation to TL / AM of all issues and risk concerns (for example: an error, a missed control, wrongdoing, incorrect instructions) that may cause an operational error, adverse client impact and/or financial loss.• Escalation & Skill Matrix: Reporting to management to file ORE (Operational Risk Event) in case of any errors which can cause the reputational and financial loss to the organization & preparing skill matrix on monthly basis to rank the team members performance.• Preparation of various MIS/Reports - Issue tracker, Error tracker, Root cause analysis, productivity tracker as well as daily MIS Reports for reporting purpose to management.• Provide operational performance feedback about Operation Executives to TL during 1x1 meetings.• Conducting PKT (Process Knowledge Test) for every quarter to test the employee’s knowledge level in processing. • As a trainer ensure all the assigned trainings are delivered as per timelines. Individual performance of the new joiners/trainees is highlighted to the TL on a timely basis (Ensure governance around trainings is adhered to).• Update the SOPs not just with HOW of the process (steps to be followed to do a particular task) but also with WHY of the process (users of the task/upstream, downstream, importance of the task etc.)• As a Lean facilitator, identify and implement process improvement ideas.
