Fleet: Primary objective is facilitating the safe and effective management of over 1,000 buses ensuring innovative Build Specifications to meet or exceed the current legislation requirements from the Department of Transport and other Governing bodies.Budgeting and Implementing a Fleet replacement program to adhere to the current requirements including zero emission projects such as Hybrid, Electric and Hydrogen Platforms, encompassing innovative solutions from enhanced driver safety to Maintenance transitioning training from Diesel to Electric/Hydrogen.Maintenance: Primary Objective is managing 11 Internal Workshops with over 130 Maintenance staff ensuring we meet and exceed best practice in both safety and maintenance proficiencies.Reporting - Fleet and Maintenance KPI's to both Department of Transport and Transport Safety Victoria as well as internal reporting on Budgeted R&M.Achievements• Successful implementation of changes to Government AMP reporting systems.• Successful Procurement and Implementation of integrated Vehicle Tablets to 650 Buses• Procure and Implement First Government contracted Zero Emission EV Bus in Vic.• Procurement, Design and Implementation of 27 EV Buses including depot charging infrastructure for the first fully EV bus depot in Victoria.• Procure and Implement ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist Systems) into Route Buses• Reducing Department of Transport- Asset Maintenance Performance -Fleet- MKBF from 65,000kms per breakdown to 172,000kms per breakdown in 16 months.

Managing Fleet Maintenance for 18 Internal Maintenance Workshop Facilities around Australia including over 300 internal Maintenance staff, encompassing Line Haul, Heavy Haulage, Waste, Logistics, Dangerous Goods - Fuels, Chemicals and LNG Managing over 6,000 Asset comprising of Light-Med-Heavy Vehicles through to Road Trains and Material Handlers.
