*Ensure service work orders set up and check out technician in a timely manner.*Maintain all aspects of inventory and resolve inventory related problems.*Implements and enforces company policies and procedures.*Staffing the store in accordance with applicable employment laws.*Motivate and direct activities of associates to insure highest possible productivity while maintaining World Class Service.*Work with associates to insure engagement and taking proper actions including rewards,counseling,issuing verbal and written warnings when appropriate.*Manage daily scheduling,assignment of work orders,routing of mobile service for peak efficiency and customer service.*Ensure key associates are cross trained.* Train technicians and Repair Medics in installation techniques and procedures.*Monitor productivity to ensure time and quality standards were met.*Promote,monitor,train associates in safety and accident procedures*Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations issued by OSHA and other federal,state,and local regulatory agencies.*Control and track inventory utilized by the store,ensure all work orders are accounted for and are converted to invoices,and ensure that all remittances are properly accounted for each day.*Maintain facility and equipment are good working order.Ensure the shop was maintained and clean to provide a positive and safe work environment for associates and customers.*Train associates on proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and required record keeping.*Work in conjunction with marketing associates to promote and capture new business while retaining existing business partners.*Provide World Class service by responding quickly to customer inquiries,and warranty issues. Investigating thoroughly and resolve to customers satisfaction.*Invoice work orders.*Process casualty losses.*Order and maintain supplies.* Work closely with Human Resources to process worker compensation issues and proper hiring and dismissals.
