Leading daily shift meetings to cover know issues, and coordinate the day's work among the team. Doing hand off meetings with the Lead on Duty I relieve as well as the one that relieves me to communicate any known or ongoing issues to ensure a smooth shift change.

Coordinatedhardware upgrades for servers in data centers all over the world. As part ofmy duties, I supervised the upgrades of roughly 1000 servers in 5 countries,utilizing teams on multiple levels of the DCS hierarchy. Coordinated worktimes with site services teams in 7 data centers and our own operationsteams to ensure no outage of service to our customers and no conflicts withsoftware updates from our team. I used remote Powershell to monitor alloperations as well as to power down our units and then to re-balance all theExchange mailbox databases on the servers before returning them toservice. Dispatched work tickets to all affected teams, coordinated with assetmanagement and acquisition teams. I worked with hardware burn in teams,and worked on bugs affecting production servers.
