This is the mindset I take towards all of my endeavors, both personal and professional. I believe that each individual is important, unique and plays a vital role in the goals of the whole. But a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, so supporting each individual helps make the team stronger. This is the passion I take to my work and my life. I am driven to help the everyday individual live the best life that they can. The experience that I have gained through my career has allowed me unique insight into the importance of communication - whether within teams, to the organization as a whole, or to clients. Communication allows us to ensure that no link in the chain is overlooked and that any problems are fixed. This drives my focus on operational improvements and documentation within all work that I do, to ensure the company is working as efficiently as possible while still achieving the goals of all employees and teams involved.
