As SVP, New Business and Account Management for a M&M's sister agency Magnum Integrated Marketing ("MIM"), a Gaming & Hospitality-centric agency, my primary role was to once again grow our core competency in the Gaming & Hospitality industry, in addition to expanding the agency's presence into other verticals (i.e. Healthcare, Automotive, Financial, GPC, Entertainment, etc.).

As SVP, New Business & Account Management for one of the leading Advertising/Marketing Communications companies operating in the Gaming & Hospitality vertical in the country, I was one of the initial, integral founders responsible for the development, cultivation and growth of an agency we grew from one to six offices nationwide, which employed approximately 200 FTE's that generated 100's of millions of dollars in gross revenue—outpacing our parent company, STAR Group Communications. Primarily responsible for Business Development, I was the executive (i.e. "Relationship Guy") who generated 10's of millions in gross revenue during a 20-year reign ($25MM within a five-year run rate from 2008 to 2013). As an employee who worked for the President/COO at various corporate iterations prior to M&M since 1985, I was intimately engaged in the corporate and organizational structure and family culture of the agency. Our clients were Major Gaming Operators—internationally-recognized brands such as Trump Entertainment, Tropicana Entertainment, Harrah's/Caesars, Isle of Capri, Argosy, Resorts World's Bimini, Rush Street Gaming's Sugar House and Rivers Casinos, Majestic Star and more. We were chosen as the AOR for such Iconic Las Vegas properties as the Las Vegas Hilton, Stardust, Riviera, and SLS Hotel and Casino (formerly the Sahara Hotel and Casino), as well as the firm that initially branded the "The D" and The Plaza Hotel and Casino downtown. Further, we were the agency of choice for many prominent Native American Casino Operators such as Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, Pechanga, Navajo Nation, Comanche Entertainment, Sandia, Lake of the Torches, Grand Casino Hinckley/Mille Lacs Hotel to name a few. Lastly, we were selected as the "Brand Ambassadors" for many, much smaller, more remote but rapidly expanding Native American properties such as Lucky Eagle Casino, Wildhorse Casino, Lucky Eagle Casino, Sac & Fox, Prairie Band Casino, Wyandotte Casino, First Council Casino and many more.

As the Director of Sales, I helped the President and COO of this young production company advance from producing corporate industrial videos and local TV spots for primarily NBC TV 40 in Atlantic City to producing full-blown DRTV productions (i.e. "Infomercials" and short-form TV spots) as well as proactively search-out and represent various entrepreneurs' products at the QVC and HSN shopping networks respectively.

As a young and enthusiastic Media Rep for NBC TV 40 in the Atlantic City market, my role was to call upon local businesses to consult, strategize and create viable and effective media plans to grow their businesses in the Atlantic County area.

My primary role was to assist Executive Director, Jack Salveson with all show logistics necessary to facilitate the development and execution of the Department of Community Affairs' annual "Governor's Awards" show (i.e. an annual Black Tie awards event/show held at Princeton's famed McCarter Theater Center that honored outstanding NJ Citizens). Under this appointed position by then NJ Governor Thomas Kean, I was the primary liaison between the department and NJN as well as one of the key members of the executive team charged with "schmoozing" with major business leaders and executives as well as government dignitaries (such as Malcom Forbes and then Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker) in addition to the various celebrities attending and/or performing at the event (i.e. Ben Vereen, Joe Piscopo. Michael Tyson, etc.).

My first job out of the University of Florida landed me at this exciting new but promising Greater Philadelphia Region entertainment magazine and local Celebrity TV talk show based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. as the Sales Director and "Right Hand Man" of Magazine/Show Publisher and Executive Producer/Host respectively. My primary role was to sell magazine advertising space to the gamut of small, medium and large businesses operating throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. The objective was to utilize the show as an inducement, benefit and conduit towards magazine/show advertising offered through various media packages. Our methodology was to invite business owners to hobnob with various Greater Philadelphia Region Radio and TV broadcast personalities (i.e. Pat Ciarrocchi, Bob Pantano, Trudy Haynes, Michael Nice, Elizabeth Starr, Diane Allen and more) at the show and during the promotions as well as introduce them to our weekly celebrity guests (i.e. Pat Cooper, Connie Stevens, Allen and Rossi, Phyllis Diller, Frank Sinatra, Jr., Julius Erving, Steve Sabol and more) who were appearing at various casinos in AC or promoting their companies or books, etc. In addition, I assisted in the development, promotion and production of various Steppin' Out TV Magazine promotions (i.e. Steppin' Out Celebrity Road Rally and Steppin' Out Celebrity Balloon Race, etc.) designed to effectively increase magazine and show awareness to generate sales as a conduit towards increased magazine distribution and refinement as well as broadcast coverage necessary for this young entertainment company's growth. Lastly, I was a regular Contributing Writer of various entertainment and human interest stories.
