  As a young student-athlete I understood the importance of working hard and the rewards obtained by those who use a discipline, goals-based approach to achieving goals. I also worked summers for my father with over 50years serving his community running a successful accounting firm in Barre. I earned the right to compete on the world stage against some of the best athletes in the world, representing USA as I competed in the winter skiing Olympic event, Freestyle Moguls. I used my experience to successfully coach and operate my own ski training business. My focus combining business and pleasure would later evolve into the work I do today. Twenty years later, the lawn that I used to mow as a child is now the site of our operations pouring millions of dollars back into our communities each year, that helps our clients achieve their goals.
