As an Urban Planner and professional in Government and International Relations, I focus my attention on formulating strategic ideas that allow the creation of public policies and projects, or inspire them, to solve social problems or needs. I am convinced that from an Urban Planning perspective, many positive impacts can be made to improve the quality of life in society, and two of the main tools to make changes are housing and transportation, which are transversal to other socio-economic aspects.Therefore, housing is the aspect I am working on right now. I have gained experience in the real estate industry, from evaluating the feasibility of the investment in the business plan role to the construction phase step by step.One of my goals is to undertake large affordable and sustainable housing projects to address the housing need.
