Includes management and oversight of backlog, forecasting, profit planning, inventory, accounts receivables, revenue recognition, business development, customer relationships, and commercial issues.In addition, manages all field service engineering activity, which includes acceptance testing and commissioning, maintenance testing, failure analysis, equipment modernization, warranty repair, and turnkey project work for commercial, industrial and utility electric power distribution systems.

Selected to open Eaton’s newest Panelboard and Switchboard manufacturing plant. Responsible for coordinating construction of the new facility, hiring and personnel development of both the front office and production employees, and designing the plant layout to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Accountable for Profit and Loss statements, developing and managing the budget, growing market share, driving operational excellence, improving and implementing quality control measures and lean manufacturing processes including 5S, Kaizen events and value stream mapping, creating a zero incident safety culture, positively impacting customer satisfaction and improving business performance.

Managed 20 personnel in all production floor operations including the production of all electrical panelboards and switchboards totaling over $23 million in annual sales, resulting in a 19.1% increase in total sales, 23.6% improvement in manufacturing profit and 34.1% increase in operating profit in 2008.

Responsible for engineering, designing, and manufacturing all panel boards and switchboards produced for the Wal-Mart EDC business resulting in over $12 million annual sales. Worked exclusively with consulting engineers on drawing packages and coordinating shipments throughout the Country.

Responsible for the maintenance and operation of $205 million worth of propulsion turbines, HVAC systems, R/O units, automation and controls, electrical power generation and mechanical systems, while managing 52 personnel.Responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling, managing and supervising fleet training events for over 65 East Coast US Navy and US Coast Guard Ships.
