As the Costain CH2M joint Venture's first Integrated Local Authority Highways contract, East Sussex Highways is our showcase. I am proud to be part of an amazing team delivering a fantastic Highways Service to the people of East Sussex. Our service includes Highways, Street Lighting, Traffic Signal and Drainage Maintenance and the Design and Delivery of Highway, Structures and Lighting schemes. Using our superb systems we manage every part of the Network and interface directly with the public, engaging with them to ensure we deliver what they need.

I was initially responsible for the mobilisation and delivery of the £100m Highways Services Partnership for Southampton City Council. Following a very sucessful period in Southampton I was asked to manage other Local Authority Highways contracts across Southern England including West Sussex, Wokingham & Bracknell, North somerset and Wiltshire. I also contributed significantly to the development of the wider business strategy as a senior member of the operations team.

I was responsible for the construction of over £30m per annum of Improvement Schemes across the TfL Central Area red route network.

I was responsible for developing strategy to achieve an £18m turnover for the West London and Streetscape businesses. Managing up to 10 live projects ranging from rail to road infrastructure and from R.C. structures to high quality paving across London and the Southern Home Counties.
