Responsible for the servicing, loan accounting and collateral monitoring of a $20 billion regional commercial loan portfolio. Directed multiple departments consisting of up to 60 associates while maintaining both financial, service and compliance expectations.

Assigned to the AFS technical conversion for the Provident Bank acquisition. Responsibilities include the defining the scope of the project, the creation of strategies, generating a detailed workplan and reporting progress to the other Project Coordinators. Held responsibility for back-office processing and loan accounting for commercial portfolios of Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Madison banks. Managed financial budget in excess of $1MM. Maintained adequate staffing levels to meet 99.9% accuracy ratios in the most efficient manner while keeping risk at a minimum.Directed staff of 10 to 12 people, ensuring that items were processed within the legal and credit policies and information was setup accurately on the loan system within the established time frames. During the life of those loans, handled all of the maintenance cited in the loan documents and verified that loan balances and fees were properly assessed and reported.
