Mr. Bainbridge is a Co-Founder of Haven Capital Partners, a private investment firm that provides flexible capital solutions for privately-held, growing, cash flow positive, lower middle-market companies across three business sectors: Tech Services, Healthcare, and Education. With over 30 years of investing experience, Mr. Bainbridge was previously, a Principal of Brown Brothers Harriman and a Managing Director and Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners Opportunities Fund. BBH Capital Partners is the private equity division of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., with approximately $2 billion under management. Prior to BBH, Mr. Bainbridge spent almost 19 years with VSS Capital Partners as a Managing Director and Investment Committee member, participating in the fundraising and deployment of VSS Structured Capital funds I, II, III, and IV, with approximately $1.2 billion under management.Before joining VSS, Mr. Bainbridge spent 10 years as an investment banking professional, most recently with Berkery Noyes & Co., specializing in various information segments.Mr. Bainbridge has been a board member of Globo Language Solutions, Really Great Reading, Caravan Health, Connexion Point, Vkidz, Cambium Learning Group, MetSchools, Avatar International, Strata Decision Technology, Infobase Learning, and Navtech. In addition, he has also been involved with investments in Solucient, Executive Health Resources, Source Medical Solutions, Trover Solutions, and Gallo Holdings.
