Project Manager/Project Estimator at Moretrench Gigliotti, the Florida-based residental site development subsidiary of Moretrench American Corporation. Moretrench started a new venture and teamed with Gigliotti Contracting to provide site development services for the residental market. Services included: earthwork and excavation, deep sanitary sewer installation including lift stations, storm sewer installation, water and reclaim water services, roadwork, and final restoration.Was part of the Moretrench team that facilitated the company merger. Helped with implementation of new processes and procedures for estimation, cost control, and production tracking. Implemented the use of HCSS software, Heavy Bid and Heavy Job, for more streamline completion of bids and more accurate control of project cost.Responsible for all production tracking, cost control, and project schedules. Aided feild operations in preparing submittals, writing purchase orders, ordering and scheduling materials. Implementmented a material control program for all permanent materials and consumables.

Moretrench Environmental Services offers specialized civil and industrial services including earthwork and excavation; landfill cell construction and closure; cast-in place foundation and containment structures; industrial maintenance service and repair; industrial piping and concrete work; and geotechnical construction.I performed dual functions as part of the estimating team and the project management team. I was part of a team that put together responsible and competitive estimates for valued industrial clients. When estimates were succesfull i would participate in the project management team by preparing schedules and budget. Work to keep the projects on schedule and within budget. Worked closely with clients to ensure needs were met.
