Hr Director
Current• Ensure effective human resources systems are in place and implemented throughout corporation • Provide HR technical support and advice to line managers on the interpretation andimplementation of the full range HR policies and procedures.• Identify HR strategies to enable strategy and to create ongoing improvementin HR systems and practices• Develop effective induction processes to ensure staff are aware of the valuesand strategy, policies and practices relating to their employment. Establish evaluation procedurefor monitoring the effectiveness of the induction process and feedback to line managers.• Ensure high level of confidentiality regarding personnel data and ensure that all employeeinformation is kept up to date, is complete and held in a secure place.• Manage and motivate the human resource team, ensuring that they have clearobjectives and receive meaningful feedback and mentoring on their performance.• Produce high quality reports on human resource statistics and activities within agreed reporting schedules for Director of HR for decision making• Support the Director or Human Resources in developing and implementing policies andprocedures that support staff health, safety and well being.
