I have now been with Iron Bow for two years as a Senior Account Manager for the US State Department. I have a TS clearance and an escort privileged badge at State Dept. In 2012, I helped secure a $150M Desktop BPA with State. I have also successfully introduced a host of new products into my account via sponsored Tech Talks within State on a wide variety of products.Prior to joining Iron Bow, I worked Hewlett Packard (Digital Equipment, Compaq) since 1981 (and also one year at Microsoft from 1999-2000. It's been a good career with many ups and downs and many different types of positions - sales rep, sales manager, DSDM, SW specialist, Marketing DM for VMS, account manager, Storage specialist but I find that calling on customers as an account manager to be the best of all worlds and I am very content to do this.Over the years I have covered NSWC, Westinghouse, Commerce, State Dept, USDA, Interior, Treasury, Social Security, US Courts and Supreme Court. I also was a sales manager managing up to 12 account managers for over 7 years, These reps covered many system integrators from Westinghouse to Bendix to Ford Aerospace.My goal now is to find a new position selling or marketing new exciting technologies and keep working with customers who I like and trust.Specialties: Enterprise systems (Servers, Storage, Services, Software, and Personal Systems.
