I love managing people and in particular I love the challenge of figuring out how to make healthcare work. The move to population health is a necessity for the viability of hospitals and their entities. We are moving back to care at home models in a safe and efficient manner. Being on the forefront of this new horizon is exciting and I relish the challenge!!
