In the course of his career, Mr. Baker has served in a variety of capacities on behalf of both the private and public sectors as an engineer, designer, consultant, author, software developer and in recent years as an evangelist for knowledge worker collaboration and content management. In the early 1980s, he served as an international technology and management consultant with both Andersen Consulting and Baker Robbins & Company, which he founded in 1983 and sold to Thomson Reuters in 2007. In this capacity, David grew his international firm in size and scope by pioneering the planning and execution of technologies and data engineering principles in support of both the private and public sectors. David holds an MS in Advanced Building Systems and Management & Public Policy from Carnegie-Mellon University’s Heinz School and a BA from the University of Illinois.
