Sales volume leader in South Florida in 2015 with $1.25 Million. Promote the Sleep Number brand products throughout the tri-county (Sarasota/Manatee/Charlotte) area. Conduct sales demonstrations of Sleep Number Beds and Accessories to provide all customers with an exceptional experience. Follow sales presentation procedures. Work as a member of the store sales team to increase sales and meet or exceed all store and individual goals. Implement creative ideas to generate leads. Follow internal lead management practices by utilizing Oracle software, which include entering eligible leads, scheduling letters, sending "Thank You" cards, and making follow-up phone calls. Ensure excellent customer service for all Select Comfort customers. Actively participate in ongoing training, including training meetings.
