Manage Henry Schein's 1company 1system Worldwide Confirmation of Policy Adoption process:• Roll out 280+ Company policies worldwide for the purpose of confirmation of adoption, including all newly acquired company acquisitions• Conduct CFO and COO Corporate Champion conference calls to confirm adoption of our corporate policies and review all exceptions/adoption plans• Track confirmations and exceptions; reporting results to CFO and COO• Translations policy roll out for languages in all countries• Maintain Henry Schein's Standards and Policies Center Intranet site• Maintain Henry Schein's Corporate Compliance Intranet site

• Troubleshoot all credit card disputes (Charge Backs) with American Express/Visa&Mastercard/Discover and respond with required documentation.• Credit Card Reversal disputes.• Identify all Bankruptcy filing notices from the courts and file Proof of Claims.• Statement Exceptions (System Related Issues) Work with IS department to resolve• Maintaining Henry Schein's Intranet web page for Credit Department• Work one on one with Collection companies to ensure our funds are fulfilled in a timely manner.• Create and distribute financial reporting analysis using Excel spreadsheets.

Accounts Receivable Representative • Complete collection runs by following up with past due accounts.• One on one contact with dentists and there staff to ensure account accuracy.• Interface with field sales representatives to troubleshoot and resolve account issues and advise pending orders.• Troubleshoot and reconcile statement accounts.• Run credit reports to determine a credit score.• Investigate all new customers that may be considered fraud.• Complete collection folders as needed.• Follow up with credit card and check by phone declines.• Call and receive an average of 50 calls a day.• Train new employees on credit procedures

Team Leader/Inventory Analyst• Interact with 10 inventory analysts being the first level of escalation to resolve sales and inventory related issues.• Maintain and monitor appropriate levels of inventory for 3 major carriers.• Communicate daily with carriers and place orders weekly to obtain inventory.• Reconcile carrier statuses verses 3 internal billing and inventory systems.• Oversee and drive resolution to issues that arise within the department.• Acting Supervisor in the absence of the department manager.
