CurrentI'm responsible for all GMSL’s software development and IT infrastructure. We have grown from a team of 5 when I started to currently a team of 30 people. In the early days I helped the team convert a number of project solutions into successful off-the-shelf products. This included leading £1m+ implementation projects for enterprise customers that enhanced the profile of our products in the industry. I also introduced agile XP practices and principles to the team, and helped persuade enterprise customers who were more used to waterfall development and fixed price contracts to switch to an agile approach, with great success.
