In September of 2019 I took a new job as a project manager at Jobe Systems.I've always worked in the audio/video business. I started as a retail salesman and over time I became the person to send out for challenging situations, whether they involved defective equipment, networking, controls, or bad sounding rooms. I can design a system, implement it, troubleshoot it, and instill confidence in the customer.After years as a retail salesperson, I took over the operation of the Audio Consultants installation department. During this time, I programmed a custom networked database to handle scheduling, tracking, and billing our installations, as well as tracking service tickets and loaned equipment. By having our customer service history at everyone's fingertips, Audio Consultants was able to send out the right people for the right amount of time, as well as avoid trying the same solutions over and over again, streamlining our work flow and saving money.Shortly after that I designed and programmed Audio Consultants' first web site, featuring a listing of their used equipment for sale. In time, this evolved to a database driven site that could be updated from any of our stores. The site I designed substantially increased Audio Consultants' used equipment sales.In 2002 Audio Consultants became a Crestron dealer. Since then I have designed, sold, project managed, and programmed whole house integrated systems including AV, lighting control, and HVAC. I also trained multiple Crestron programmers to work in the Audio Consultants custom department. In 2011 I became a Crestron Certified Programmer.Specialties: Customer relationship building, problem solving, system design & programming.
