I oversee the work, schedules and activities of junior / support staff of the RBK Restructuring & Insolvency Support Team in Dublin.I mainly work a number of large property related insolvency assignments including residential property and development social housing schemes and have significant exposure to sales negotiations. However I do also work and provide support on a large range of insolvency assignments such as creditors voluntary liquidations, members voluntary liquidations, statutory receiverships and fixed charge receiverships.On a daily basis I deal with and evaluate many issues pertaining to the disposal of both residential and commercial property such as title issues, surrender of leases, tenant issues and securing rental income.
