Riva Financial Systems is a leading software house in the development and delivery of back office TA trading systems to the global asset managment industry. Coming from a background of large ticket solution sales in the IBM midrange market this new role entailed gaining traction for a start up in the very competitive global TA marketplace. Working with a team of innovative and very hard working colleagues to bring a new solution to market stretched us all but after a number of mid market successes the ascendancy of the Riva TA solution was recognised with a large equity sale to Franklin Templeton Asset Management and the commencement of their global roll-out of the solution.

Overall responsibility for the department and specialist subject matter managers. A lead role in developing consultancy projects for major clients, analysis of business issues and formulation of solutions to include IT, training and support.

UK sales of ERP systems to SME sectors and team selling into larger organisations with IBM midrange based solutions. A move back to IBM with the largest provider of such systems in Europe. Senior sales role managing teams of colleagues with complementary skills to develop and mould the sales proposition.
